Posted By faldo29 1 year, 2 months ago in Arts & EntertainmentThe U.S. Court of Appeals has rejected a motion to delay collecting new and exorbitant royalty fees from internet broadcasters. The collecting agent, known as Soundexchange, are willing to negotiate and have laid out a number of offers to webcasters. Obviously internet broadcasters now have a tough choice to make.
