Check out The WMDs! One of the hottest live bands I've heard in years. Keller Williams is known more for his solo act but fronting this band may be something he was born to do! Oh and I forgot to mention, while having a blast in Charleston S.C. at the excellent Music Farm don't forget to stop by Sticky Fingers for some tasty barbecues and see the larger than life Stephen Colbert portrait the owner bought to raise money for charity.

I believe the video is from Keller's latest release. It isn't the WMDs. His stuff is really good but the WMDs take it in different directions to be certain.

Hopefully Bush doesn't want to destroy these real WMDs as the only thing they are a threat to is mediocrity.

When Editor Bryan E. Hall and I discussed what Considerable Sounds was to be about, we both wanted it to be diverse as possible. We attempt to discuss music and music related issues
hopefully in an intelligent spin free manner. Spotlighting works of intrinsic artistic value whether old, new, classical, jazz, rock, funk, or avant garde in nature. I would like to believe the common thread is artistic integrity though obviously it is colored by my own experience of music.
The video is not particularly typical of Keller's music. But it is current.
Frankly the best thing about his music is it does not stay in any particular style long enough to pigeonhole. Really any attempt to classify it would be erroneous.

Oh yes it always does wonders for me to hear music with integrity no matter what genre. Thanks for checking it out.

If they stay daring and challenging in what they sing with they can get further. Their sounds are original and makes them a good band.

hey RFE, great post...I too am a huge charleston fan
all those years ago my sweetie and I ended up there right after our wedding:
swimming with dolphins,
stayed at the Vendue Inn,
and will try and check out the scene at music farm: we love the chance to hear new emerging sounds...
thanks!
