Gotta love AC/DC.. Though i rarely listen to this studio version of Thunderstruck, the live concert recording from Donnington that is packaged with some of their Best of Albums just blows it away.(best live performance in rock history if you ask me)

I love this intro. It sounds like tapping, but it's just hammer-ons and pull-offs.What a great song to play through a Marshall. =D

Both of these are great. Highway To Hell is excellent. I have been told for years that I was on that highway ..... I wonder how the sound system is there...I bet it's hot!
Thanks BB

this site has been turned into "Propeller, the Musical". Can't wait until the next theme (poetry slam?).
Great song. I ought to play it right now.

Nothing like a touch of power rock to blow the cobwebs away -- and AC/DC does it every time. A tremendous choice, GM, love it.
The band is one of Australia's national treasures and should have been leading the show at the Sydney Olympics, opening ceremony, I always felt.
"For those about to rock, we salute you!" Brilliant.

Even though I do like the second version of AC/DC, well to me they were not AC/DC with out Bon Scott. Don't get me wrong they went on to create a whole new version of AC/DC.
Which has given us great tunes like the ones that people through out this thread have posted. And the vid of Thunderstruck, well one of rocks most recognizable guitar riffs. Well this is the song that went on to redefine AC/DC. And to me these tunes will still have a special place in my heart cause this is what they were before v2.0 .
